Since many years Campino is known as In-meeting point with consistent high levels of quality and authenticity of Italian cuisine. The host Pino Persico runs the Restaurant Campino by himself and got many fans with his market-focused, mediterranean menu; based on its fantastic Antipasti, excellent Pasta and exquisite Fish-dishes. A well selected Wine-menu of many local and international known Wines supports and underlines the perfection of Campino. The sunterrace as well as the porche attract many guests even in the colder winter months.
In 2011 Pino expanded with the inauguration of the Campino Bar in Puerto de Andratx. The “younger brother” of the Campino Restaurant is situated on the promenade of Puerto Andratx. It has quickly become the privileged ‘meeting place of choice’. The modern, elegant and stylish ambience, created by the successful Estefania Kuester, together with the young and dynamic team lead by Luigi Capalbo on hand makes any visit a relaxing, pleasant and memorable time in the Bar Campino.
In the just recently published cook book, "Kalabrien, Nürnberg, Mallorca" you will find a unique blend of Italian, German and Mallorquin cooking with around 90 recipes. Also, a photographic documentary in the style of “The Godfather” by the photographer Marc Rehbeck and editorial by the journalist, Inga Griese. The book has been published as part of the Rolf Heyne Collection.
